Dragons Abreast Toronto celebrated its 20th anniversary
last year with a spectacular 100km paddle on the Rideau
Canal and successfully raised $23,000 for Gilda’s Club
Greater Toronto.
It was a fitting finale to the first 20 years of demonstrating
the overwhelming physical and social benefits of dragon boat
paddling. We are a diverse community welcoming members
of all ages, fitness levels and paddling experience. We support
each other through all stages of recovery, sharing life
experiences and making new friends while conveying
a message of hope to people recently diagnosed with
breast cancer.
We welcome Paddlers from Busting Out, Pink
Crusaders and Viking Dragons, N.J.
